Visit the AppStore or Google Play Store to download Hash App, select “Sign up” to get started.
How long does it take to create a Hash App account?

What do I need to create a Hash App account?
A valid email address, phone number and you must be above 18 years of age.
Can I have more than one Hash App account?
No. Each user is allowed one Hash App account.
Is my account on Hash App public?
No. Your account and information on Hash App are private.
How do I log in to my Hash App account?
Download the mobile app and login to your Hash App account using the sign-in button.
Why does Hash App need my Social Security Number?
Hash App requires your Social Security Number to process your application and verify your identity.
How do I access my account documents?
On your app, Profile > Account Information > Download Centres
Is Hash App commission-free?
Yes, Hash App is commission-free. With Hash App you can make trades starting from as low as $1.
Does Hash App charge any fees?
Hash App does not charge you fees to open your account, maintain your account, or transfer funds to your account.
What is the minimum amount I can invest in Hash App?

What markets does Hash App offer?
The Global markets (US, UK, Canada, Germany etc.) and Emerging Markets (China, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa etc.).
Is Hash App available to users outside the US?
Yes. It is available to users outside the US who are US Citizens, US Permanent Residents or hold a US Visa.
How do I deposit money into my Hash App account?
You can deposit money into your account by linking your bank account and initiating a transfer.
Can I deposit money into my Hash App account with paper checks?
No, Hash does not accept Paper Checks.
What are the Market Trading Hours on Hash App?
Trading starts commences 4 AM to 9:30 AM EST for Pre-Trading hours and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST for After Market Hours. 
Can I place an order outside the Market Trading Hours on Hash App?
Yes, the trade will be executed when the market opens.
Do I own the stocks I buy on Hash App?
Yes, you have full ownership of the stocks you buy on Hash App.
Can I invest in a new IPO with Hash App?
Yes, you can invest in any stock on Hash as soon as it becomes available publicly.
Does Hash App give stock recommendations?
No, Hash App does not give stock recommendations.
How long can I hold my investment with Hash App?
You can hold your investment with Hash for as long as you want to.
How does Hash App secure my account?
We operate secure servers and only communicate with external systems through bank level 256-bits TLS encryption connections.
Is my Hash App brokerage account insured?
Yes. Your account is insured by the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).
Does Hash App enable biometric authentication?
Yes. Kindly view Settings in your app. Navigate to Touch ID to activate this feature.
What do I do if I forget my password?
Kindly reset your password on the login screen from the app or contact support@hashvest.com
I think my account was hacked. What should I do?
Kindly change your password and send an email to support@hashvest.com.
How do I log out of my Hash App account?
On your app, Profile > Settings > Logout
How do I add/remove stock from my watchlist?
Select the stock you wish to add to the watchlist, open the stock page, click on the heart shaped icon on the top right of the screen to add. Repeat to remove.
How do I change my profile picture?
On your app, Visit Profile and click on the image circle button on the top left of your screen.
Does Hash App have a desktop app?
Hash does not have a desktop or web app at the moment.
